Great location but does come with the noise and crowded lobby. Getting an Uber or taxi out of the middle of Times Square will also cost you. I’d love this place if it were 3 blocks off in any direction.

I love staying at The Knickerbocker. It is one of my favorite hotels in NYC & Milwaukee. Only issue was no one seemed to know what the Silver program through Expedia was. Even though the app told me to ask. When I checked in they were confused and it was fine. I have no clue what it means ha! But I love staying here, it’s clean and close to the subway.

Great location, central to lots of attractions and easy to walk to the nearest trainline etc. Lovely room, quiet, clean and well serviced. Hotel staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for you. The only thing we found quite strange was the hotel bars shutting quite early but it just meant we went out to a local bar, so not a huge issue.
