The young lady with the red hair at check in was very rude over worked and short with the customers. The bathtub wouldn’t drain and the heat wouldn’t turn down past 71 other guests complained about the heat too. Overall great location clean nice doorman fast elevators. Brad was very nice at the check in and we received $10crefit for snacks everyday!😊

Quaint and they did amazing with the space they have. The decor add this retro elegance to it.

The staff from the front desk, door man and cleaning lady were all professional, helpful and most of all very pleasant to chat with.
