Modern and clean. Excellent service, from the doorman to the parking attendant i was treated like royalty . Loved it here will be returning to a Sonesta property in the future for sure.

Overnight desk clerk was rude when I called up to complain about there being either wine stains or blood on our sheets on both beds and on the wall. She made it seem as if I was lying and I gladly told her to come up or send someone up to see for themselves which she did and they verified. Morning manager was much nicer and accommodating.

Property was a nice place to stay in Midtown. Property is dated but charming. Service is very good and felt quite safe.

Amazing! The staff, the rooms are so spacious! Everything is neat and clean… they did my beds all the entire week. The Door guys, specially Romeo are so polite and friendly🙏🙏🙏 I fall in love with this service, the property is very nice, it has everything really close, and the price was incredible! I though Inwas to spend more much money, and they really have great rates for my entire family of 5 was such a deal, the suite room was really big! I have not enough space here to write all the good things this place has! The employees were amazing!

The service was pretty good. The family room is quite large for New York. Our first room was not cleaned properly so they moved us very quickly to a nicer room. The room was dated and the pull out bed was in bad shape. However, the regular beds were very comfortable and clean. We were also given enough towels. We were on the 7th floor facing a brick wall and could hear the noise from the street. Not ideal for a light sleeper. We had a good rate so I would say you get what you pay for. Romeo was lovely and David was very helpful.
