Staff nice, rooms small & dull though bed v comfortable. Overpriced for the quality

Great hotel ! Very close to the train. View of 9/11 memorial was great to wake up to. Staff was wonderful. Check in/out was extremely smooth. I have zero complaints. I’d definitely stay here again 🙃 Thanks Cloud One!

Such a great stay and great view. There is also a pub right beside which is awesome.

I booked a reservation a month and some days in advance for the stay. I called on the way to the facility and they said they couldn’t find my reservation that I booked for a superior king, and said they had no more rooms for superior with the view. I was very disappointed that I wasn’t able to be in the room I originally booked for. The room we had was very small, with not a good view.
