Overall, a great property! EXCELLENT location to walk to Subway, 5th Ave, Rockefeller Ctr, Times Square & Broadway area theaters. Very nice outdoor patio area off the rear of the lobby. Very comfortable lobby seating area. Christmas decorations were tasteful & cheerful. The downside was with some members of the hotel staff. We had 2 issues w/Front Desk staff & had to escalate to Front Desk Manager for resolution. We also had a highly undesirable communication issue with a particular Hilton Club marketing staff member. He intentionally gave us false information that was designed to help him get credit if we agreed to participate in the Hilton Club sales pitch, instead of another staff member. That, to us, reflects poorly on the entire Hilton brand. It is unfortunate that these staff issues could have been prevented with better staff training in advance. Very clean, quiet & well-maintained property!

This hotel absolutely lived up to all the amazing reviews. Located just off of the main shopping streets, it's beautiful, modern, clean, with amazingly comfortable beds, and the friendliest staff i've ever encountered in a hotel. It was quiet at night which was impressive considering the busy area it's located in. We stayed 5 nights and it felt like we were "coming home" by the 2nd night. My daughter and I loved it, and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. eets,

This property was in the perfect location to walk and enjoy midtown manhattan. The hotel itself was very clean and our room was perfect for space and comfort. I will definitely book this hotel again if we’re staying in the city!

The room size was great and had wonderful amenities. (Heated toilet seat, sitting area, elegant walk in shower with handheld). The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with any request. Our stay during NYC trip from 11/27-12/04 was a nice and pleasant experience. Upon arriving to the hotel, Laura was very nice and helped us out by letting us check in early to our hotel so we canrest up and go watch the Thanksgiving parade. Hotel is located in a quiet part, really cozy, clean, modern and conveniently located on 5th ave and 48th st right in the middle of everything! The staff brought us water everyday when we requested and was very accomodating! I'm definitely coming back and be a loyal customer.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is small and organized around a time-share concept, with none of the usual amenities, eg, gym, business center, unless you are a club member. I did not realize this before staying here and probably would have chosen another property. Overall, the experience was good, thanks to the staff and good quality conditions.
