Though it cost us more than we would normally spend on a hotel, it was worth it. Much roomier than other rooms we have had in NYC. Everything we needed was walkable for us. Staff was mostly helpful. Elevator was out of service one day. Otherwise was good.

Efficient and helpful staff…good location - walking distance to great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. An easy walk to Times Square and easy to grab an Uber elsewhere.
The property is clean and well maintained albeit a bit older. Our corner room on the 7th floor was surprisingly susceptible to noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms (city sounds are to be expected from outside.) The heat was quite loud too. The room is spacious for NYC with decent bathroom and kitchenette facilities.

Great hotel located in Times Square. Convenient location, great staff and very helpful and nice. Great job.
