Not sure about the negative reviews but this place was great! Clean. Spacious and an awesome staff. It’s right by everything. The gym is a bit small but all in all I intend to stay again. We had zero issues and a great time.

The location was great! Walkable to do many places. The staff was friendly but impossible to get a hold of on the phone in your room. I got a constant busy signal. The rooms were what I expected so I had no complaints. They claimed to have upgraded my room but I’m not sure what that meant because it looked exactly like the one I reserved. If you’re facing the street, be prepared to be woken up by honks & trash pickups. The security deposit hold was not a hold on my account they actually charged my card and added tax to it. I have yet to receive it back & I checked out 5 days ago

Friendly, helpful staff, brilliant location but room dark and tired, shower pressure pathetic and air-con very noisy.

Great stay, off the beaten path and quiet but still very convenient to the Theatre District.

There was no heat and then they said it would have to be an upgrade to get heat eventually I was moved. Without paying extra but it was stressful and the staff was like they didn’t care i won’t stay there again nor will I recommend the rooms are out dated for the price you have to pay.
