Rooms were so small you could hardly open up a suitcase. Extremely claustrophobic. Two people could not walk around room at same time. Also there is no way to talk to front desk, unless went down stairs. The room was clean, dark like a dungeon.

Absolutely no help with check-in. There was no one there for the first half hour we were trying to check in. Finally, someone showed and they were completely unhelpful and had a very bad attitude. Seemed angry that we were even there and they had to assist us.

Our stay at Sonder was great! The room was well equipped and nice. Lots of outlets and places to set things on for getting ready or working. It was pretty quiet which was nice. Would definitely stay again!

Bedroom was comfy and quiet. The shower had great water pressure and I loved the shampoo and body wash they provided. The were welcoming at the front desk and had aluminum water bottles in room that could be refilled in lobby.
