All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure all of our stay needs were taken care of. One of the best hotel experiences that we have had. Also, the hotel was clean and in good repair.

Very nice hotel, with lots of Chinese food and street food options in the blocks around the hotel. We were unknowingly charged extra by the hotel on our credit card for the third person in our party (we had already paid this through Expedia), and the hotel staff on the phone were difficult to work with regarding this. After calling 3 times, they basically said, "We won't help you with this. You need to get a refund from Expedia." Expedia gave us the refund. Thank you, Expedia. No thank you, Sheraton.
