Place is very outdated , probably will shut down . But staff are awesome , location is super convenient; short walk to Times Square. Overall I would stay here again.

The writing pad on the desk in my room had serious molld on the backside of it; my girlfriend spilled something & I had to lift it up to clean the mess; that’s when I noticed the mold problem; it was quite unpleasant…..

Location is fantastic. We had a great stay. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. The room was very clean. Room could use an update. But otherwise a great hotel.

For NYC, this is a huge room. However, it could be updates. Why a huge desk. No mirror in the room but the bathroom. No microwave, gym with no treadmill but again, great staff. Awesome location. Would still do it again.

Last time I stayed at this hotel was 2019 and I remember it being a great hotel. However it seems like management may have changed since then or they just stopped caring. The lobby is stunning as always. But the rooms are lacking the care they need. In 2019 there was a mini bar with suggestive cute things, robes, etc. Today there is none of that. No mini bar, no robes, paint chipping in places, closets and doors are rickety and probably in need of some wd-40 at a minimum. For the price we paid, there are many other hotels I can think of off the top of my head that are worth the price. I wouldn’t come back here.

Excelente ubicación!!! Edificio clásico neoyorquino ! Solo es sugerir q el tapete de entrada se vea más limpio, da aspecto de descuido. Y el restaurante, q ya este en servicio. Por lo demás, estuve encantada !!
