It took 1/2 hr to get my car upon check. With no real concern from the front desk and the manager never came to speak with me. Never will stay there again.

Location!!
The Renaissance Times Square is located in the heart of Times Square, & Broadway district
Although I hesitated, I'm glad I booked, b/c reviews were mixed.
My only con was that they charged my credit card the full amount upon check-in. I've never had that done before at any hotel!!
Nevertheless - Awesome stay in NY City!!

Staff are wonderful check in was super quick
Great location easy access to anything rooms are of decent size I would have preferred a city view maybe next time!

Great location! Close to everything but accessible to subways too. Rooms are comfortable.

Be aware that Friday and Saturday nights, in particular, are very noisy on the streets near Times Square - vehicles playing loud music, honking, sirens, etc.
