Broken mirrors, outlets, noisy, good news was shuttle to and from airport and close to airport. Served purpose for one night. Bed and pillows comfy!!!

Checked in after 10PM and couldn’t get anyone on the phone to change my room because of the horrible smell of cigarettes. Ended up checking out at midnight which they didn’t officially check me out because they said they couldn’t at that time. Now my card has been charged for the full two day stay when I only spent two hours in the room. I’m in the process of trying to get a refund.

Unable to get anyone to answer the phone, first room had a broken toilet with someone’s poop floating in it. Second room had crumbs and hairs in the bed. Third room I couldn’t open the door due to a broken handle but was shown you had to shoulder it to open… all round dirty and broken but no chance of a refund so had to stay.

Whilst not the most luxurious the property was clean, in a great location in terms of dining around the area and the staff were friendly . I appreciated that the airport shuttle worked round the clock on the hour

Quality is what I could not find. However, cost benefit is perhaps acceptable.

I got room 116. It is next to the back entrance which did not close, the lock was loose on the outside and the security chain was broken. I requested a different room, I got room 112 and all is ok.
