I like this hotel alot. It was quiet and convenient for my stay.

We needed a place to stay after our flight was cancelled. What a nice surprise. It was easy to get to from the subway (36th street yellow train). It was near a diner and several places to get supplies. We did our laundry at the big place within sight of the hotel. I would stay here again when we visit Brooklyn again. Thanks to the front desk staff for being helpful!

4 night stay, check-in was fast and easy. 1st day: A few hours after check-in, no electrical power in my room but the hallway had electrical power. I only charged my smart watch and cellphone on the same outlet. Once fully charged and disconnected from the outlet, I then charged 2 other cellphones. I was told by the staff at the front desk not to charge so many items on the same outlet. Another staff with a condescending tone told me not to charge whatever it was that caused the power outage. It's absolutely ridiculous that I should only charge such small devices one at a time. In order to resolve the issue, a staff has to enter my room to check the breaker. They couldn't fix the problem and I was transfered to another room/floor. I've never experienced this at any other hotels. 3rd day: The toilet in the 2nd room would not flush. According to maintenance, the toilet tank was not filing with water. They managed to temporarily fix it. 5th day: Again, the toilet stopped flushing and it was clogged at about 1or 2 AM. Check-out is in a few hours. I was offered another room but I was too tired to deal with this nonsense of packing my things AGAIN. I took the keys to the 3rd-offered-room in case we needed to use the toilet. Even if this hotel was offering rooms at $1 per night, I wouldn't stay there. It was a horrible experience.

I ended up staying here for a good while, paid my way n all that… but the staff doesn’t seem to understand the concept of treating loyal customers well. On the last day when I was struggling to get all my stuff out, they had zero sympathy, just cold treatment as if I was not a fully paid customer that had been there on n off for much of a month. The place is fine honestly (if u good w ghetto hotels) but there are better options in the area run by nicer ppl.

The bathroom was the most clean, the walls in each are stained with something. beds are okay, some have gross stains on them others don’t, whole experience at this hotel was a 2/5, there are better places with the same price.
