Heat did not work our first night. Bathroom shower and walls had tile falling off the walls and caving in. Not very clean. Bed was uncomfortable and squeaky

The OYO Times Square hotel was totally fine for what we needed, as we were only going to be in NYC for a long weekend and were seeing a few shows around there. The room was adequate--it wasn't dirty, there were a lot of water stains on the bathroom tiles but no actual dirt etc. Very bare bones room and amenities, but never gross or unclean. The staff was extremely helpful and kind whenever we needed anything, and they stored our luggage after checkout which was great.

Great location for walking to most major attractions, subway is close and everything is very accessible from the hotel. Is a bit noisy but that is because it is right at Times Square. Would stay here again 👍

Toilet didn’t plush properly Sink was cracked Prison like bed. Painted like it’s was given the landlord special Elevator slow Rug smelled damp Mildew all over the bathroom

Elevators were small and slow and the room was a tight squeeze, but it was good for a place to sleep. I’d stay again.

What an absolute rip off! Stayed one night and for the money I was charged, this hotel WAS NOT worth it. The location is great but the hotel was mediocre at best, the rooms were freezing and wouldn't warm up, the elevators were small and slow and I think the vagrant on 38th Street spat with more force than our shower. Never again.

The location was good and the staff was very service oriented however, the room itself was very basic, paint was peeling from the ceiling over the shower and on the bathroom wall. It was very dark. There was only one elevator in my wing and it took forever. Towels were paper thin. They add a $39 facility fee which I thought was a joke. The room rate went from ~$200 my first night to ~$800 my third night. A terrible value.

Absolutely filthy hotel. The bathroom has mold, the rooms are tiny, it feels unsafe. It’s disgustingly expensive but it’s right next to Times Square.

The stay was fantastic. We stayed from Nov 26th till Dic 3 and it was fabolous. The hotel personal was so kind and received us with great vibes. Every day we got our room cleaned and always with fresh towels on the bathroom. We stayed in a King bedroom with a moderate space,the room does not have fridge or coffee maker but across the street there is a Dinkin Donuts that offers great coffee and hot chocolate. The facilities were always clean and everyone very lovely. Our check in and check out was very smooth and they even got us a taxi to take us to the airport very cheap cost. The hotel is beside Hershey store,Dunkin donuts in front and crossing the street you are right in timesquare. Really felt in love with the hotel,New York and all the people that treated us along the days. We surely will be back!
