Nothing we got kicked out because we booked thru a third party vendor aka Expedia. So we were sent a mile away and totally inconvenienced as they overbooked at that location.

The place is perfect, but I tried a late check out. The hotel didn´t give.

There are suspicions people hang around entry. Feels unsafe. One bar of soap for four days. Third elevator out of service. About 15 minutes wait several times. Welcome staff indifferent. Lobby eating area leaves a lot to be desired. We partially owned several Hiltons in past. Service was excellent. It has declined in midtown Hilton. Will not return.

Horrible disgusting hotel!rooms is dusty, carpet not vacuumed, bathroom is horrible dirty and unsanitary, towels was ripped with some hair on it, bugs….I was in shock about Hilton in New York Midtown.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!plus so expensive!
