Smells like a roadside motel. Really disappointed so we left and checked in a lessen hotel and lost our money that was non refundable.

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean but the bathroom needed some work. It’s an older hotel just a block from Times Square.
I had some questions about the billing but Monique took great care of us, explaining everything in great detail. Thank you Monique!!
