Really great stay in Time Square! Only comment was the elevator did not reliably stop at our floor. We had a great time though!

This place was great in every way but the elevators are AWFUL. Not working and wasting time to get to our floor. Seems like a simple fix.

Room was extremely clean, the hire was so nice and the setup of the room was perfect. The staff was helpful and nice. I would stay here again.

I like the decorations, food, drinks, and bars. The rooms are kind of small.

Room is so comfortable and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in Times Square. As a young woman traveling alone, I felt very safe here and all the staff was very kind and helpful. This is my second time staying and I highly reccomend it to anyone. Best sleep I’ve ever had in my life.
