Neat and cute but rooms are small and few amenities were provided. No dental, or sanitary kits. No water in rooms. I had to request for mini fridge and microwave to use.

A good compromized hotel location in the downtown compared with the cost. But room has no carpets, meg or any floor cover. The cofee machine is not clean enough. Some ele tric plugs did not work

The hotel is close to the bus stop and subway. The room was what the image showed on the website - two queens side by side, and it worked for our family of two adults and two kids. The staff was helpful and kind.

The hotel was in a good location, the staff was super nice, and the room was good quality. However, the shower had black mold in the corners and obviously was not being cleaned regularly or properly. The hotel itself was nice but I don’t think the rooms are being cleaned very well.

The room is extremely small, no closet or drawers to put clothes in. The water took a long time to get hot, had to take a quick shower. Water didn’t stay warm for long. About five inches between beds and had to take a high step to get on the bed. Extremely disappointed.
