The lobby at M Social is fabulous for unwinding at the end of a long day. The staff was attentive and courteous. We will be returning.

The location cannot be beat! We walked to Gershwin Theatre just around the corner for Wicked and to and from Radio City Music Hall. Plenty of nice restaurants and places to get a quick bite. Great room service, restaurant & bar on site. Live music Thursday evening and DJ on weekend, hopping! But so quiet upstairs. Rooftop bar on 9th overlooks Time Sq. We really liked this hotel!

I noticed that the bathroom was dirty when we arrived. Everything else was clean. Bar very bad rude people I didnt feel welcome.

I was charged a $500 smoking fee for supposedly smoking in the room. I’m not a smoker and by no means did I smoke in the room but there was nothing the hotel staff could do since it was an automatic charge to my card. Ridiculous!!!!

El hotel cobra solo por la ubicación y el rooftop las habitaciones no son lujosas y súper pequeñas y las camas súper pequeñas también e incómodas
