I really enjoyed my stay here, only thing is the rooms are very small but I guess that is normal for NYC!

The property is conveniently located to a lot of tourist places to visit like Empire State Building, Time Square, One Vanderbilt, Grand Central, etc. A lot of dining options around.
The staff were friendly. Wei, the assistant manager made sure that we were comfortable in our room. There were some issues with our previous room and he made it a point to make up for it. Barry, the doorman was also very courteous and would greet us by our name.
The experience was pleasant.

The hotel amenities were very poor
No shower cap no slippers very small rooms no china cups for coffee in the room
They were not generous providing water bottle and coffee pods in the room
The room has not been cleaned properly
They even left the water glass with my lipstick on in the room and when I asked to bring water bottle and clean glass ,they just brought paper cup and didn’t replace the dirty glass
