We were never given proper bath towels. Had to request towels every night even after the cleaning lady saw 4 people leave the room. Also there was a really bad draft. The heat only worked if you closed the blackout curtains. Even though I am a Hilton gold member I was not offered complementary water at checkin. Other than that the hotel is very convenient, right across the street from LaGuardia. Also shuttle service to the subway was excellent.

The room was cold too hot due to air coming from the sliding glass doors. The room webt from 72 to 69 in matterv of 5 minutes. Miserable ..

It was neat and clean. Access to the pool and other amenities within the hotel was excellent. Staff friendly and engaged. Restaurant staff at Element were friendly and excellent.

No bellhop to help with luggage. Property was not accessible for people with mobility issues. Construction was a bother. Pros: clean, spacious room with big windows. TV service was great and bed was comfortable
