This place was ok. I didn't have a refrigerator in our room. Very small room and bathroom. Rooms and hallways need updates. Frontdesk very sweet.

very dirty room, bed is terrible, old, bed linen was not changed after previous tenants, hair, no windows, no space in the room, the whole hotel is dirty

This hotel was a real let-down. The whole place was worn and beaten - skirting boards, carpets, mattresses, shower trays, and sealant were all in poor condition, many with stains.
The room didn’t help either; the paint and woodwork were faded and scuffed, and the windows were filthy with signs of mold and a draft from poor sealing. The air was damp, and the air conditioning would make a sudden loud noise waking me up multiple times during the night.
The elevator was completely inadequate for the size of the building, taking ages to arrive and always being full - mostly with cleaners and there equipment, making it hard for guests to use. Breakfast was overcrowded and low quality, which made it feel like an afterthought.
Privacy was another issue. Staff ignored our “Do Not Disturb” sign and tried to enter the room two hours before check-out without even knocking. To make things worse, the luggage hold was just a random corner in the lobby, which didn’t feel safe for leaving belongings.
The final kicker is the hidden facility fee, which was buried in the listing and felt deceptive, a way to make the listing look cheaper on booking sites. When contacting support though Expedia they take ages to reply and didn't answer any of my questions and are now just ignoring me.
The only real positive was the huge bed, but honestly, it’s not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and would avoid at all costs.

I had an issue with noise all night in my room 402. The noise would last for 10 seconds and come on every 30 seconds and sounded like a pipe pulling in water. I did not sleep the whole night. The shower also only had lukewarm water.

Literally the worst room ive ever stayed in. Mold, hole in the wall. I checked out 2 hrs later. Front desk was friendly and understanding and property ended up refunding everything. But this place needs a remodel.
