for one its right next to a shelter and then on a block that doesnt look safe at all then the have nerve to have a kitchenette that wasnt clean limited towels and one staff memebrr that does everything in the hotel so its hard to get some assistance i waited hrs for someone to gix ny tv and it never happened and on top of that i was over charged on a holiday for 247 that hotel need to be in better conditions and with better staff

Terrible, scary neighborhood. Plastic mattress covers. We checked out 10 minutes after checking in

The area around the hotel is safe and guests have never experienced any safety issues. We offered to change your room, to which you refused - stating you had simply booked a hotel in the wrong city. We work to make sure all guests enjoy their stay at our hotel, and you seem to have been uncomfortable for social reasons that no one can control for.

Very cold , the bed had no springs. It was a horrible experience. I was offered another room that was a icebox, & i was told to just tough it out at 3am , until the heat kicked in.
