When we got to the property they didn’t have the room we picked and said it was not their fault.

Well located, close to subway and central park.
This place has missed the "hostel spirit".
Gloomy common room.
Filthy bedrooms, dirty bathrooms : soils and walls are greasy and sticky.
No towels provided.
Waterbottles 2 dollar for 500ml, and 5 dollar to keep a bag after checkout. This is a shame !!!
Very noisy outdoors, no window isolation.
I will come back to NY, but not in this place.

the staff were great.
there was no toilet on my floor
there was no functioning shower anywhere that i could find.
the chemical smell of disinfectant was everywhere. although i had paid for three nights, i left after oner

At 2:30 PM, the room was not ready for check-in.
There was no bathing soap in the bathroom.
No Wi-fi.
No rug on the floor.
