When we got to the property they didn’t have the room we picked and said it was not their fault.

Very nice staff and a real ritzy neighborhood. But the room only has one plug, kind of a crap bed and a lot of flies.

Well located, close to subway and central park. This place has missed the "hostel spirit". Gloomy common room. Filthy bedrooms, dirty bathrooms : soils and walls are greasy and sticky. No towels provided. Waterbottles 2 dollar for 500ml, and 5 dollar to keep a bag after checkout. This is a shame !!! Very noisy outdoors, no window isolation. I will come back to NY, but not in this place.

the staff were great. there was no toilet on my floor there was no functioning shower anywhere that i could find. the chemical smell of disinfectant was everywhere. although i had paid for three nights, i left after oner

At 2:30 PM, the room was not ready for check-in. There was no bathing soap in the bathroom. No Wi-fi. No rug on the floor.
