Poor communication
Posted 20 Jun 2023 on HotelsWe booked the hotel for our return from a trip, we stayed there the night before we flew and parked my vehicle with them for the week. We received a notification from the hotel about two days prior to the reservation confirming it and advising us how to get their shuttle from the airport. An hour before our flight home I received an email (which I don’t always check) advising us that the hotel was closed and would not be honoring our reservation. No other hotels available for that area for that night. Fortunately we were able to pick up our vehicle, but had a long drive home after a long day of travel. Would have been nice to know it was sold when we booked it.

Why would this property continue to take reservations knowing they are going through some issues and can't guarantee people have a place to stay
