Room was small. Shower was really small. But decent for NY standards. Close to Times Square so that was nice.

I choose this property for convenience for business trip: however, the rooms are very small, it’s could be cleaner. The elevators take an extremely long time. You were not able to get any of the complimentary breakfast, due to overcrowding and wait times. I would not book again at this particular location. However the staff was excellent.
