I liked the service. I didn’t like how the shower and toilet had loose screws holding things in place.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We have inspected the rooms and was not able to find the issues you stated. The toilet sheets do shift from side to side by design so that they can move with the user, they can give the impression of them being loose but that is how the were designed.

Terrible hotel and service

I tried to check into hotel at 2 different times at night. Both times I waited 15 minutes at front desk and nobody was there for check in. At around 11:00pm man finally shows up. Young girl was there trying to find him. She stated that he goes in peoples rooms often and she can’t find him. Once we finally got to our room it was filthy and smelled of urine. I demanded a refund and had to drive 2 hours home.

A guy stole from me and the attendant didn’t want to call police. Made a complaint to management as well.

On line it looks like a perfect place to stay. But when I got in the room. It was not clean. I had requested a king side bed ended up with a 3 fullside. And under the blanket there was a blont raped up. 😐

Poorly cleaned bedsheets and comforter. The Floor wasn’t properly cleaned as well. The air condition should be cleaned because it is dirty.

Hello Kofi, Our hotel does not use comforters and our laundry is done by an outside cleaning company. If you ever have any issues please let the staff know so that we can resolve any issue immediately. We do clean our air conditioning unit on a regular and apologize if your room had not gotten to during our winter cleaning schedule.

The hotel is a fraud the rooms don’t look as nice they walls were beat up & there wasn’t the stuff they guaranteed to have there .. no toothpaste cheap wash rags I Hadto walk to a store to get lotion and other toiletries that they said they would have in the rooms . I would NOT guarantee staying here ..

Hello Tyree, Thank you for taking time out to post a review. All of our guest rooms have been repainted, we will need to look into what room you stayed in to reinspect it. Our hotel does not offer toothpaste at this time but we do have lotion in the guest rooms located in the bathroom next to the soap. We hope to see you again.
