Location, staff service, good bathroom, good breackfast and excelent customer service. Free botteled water.

The meals were terrible, and the Hotel looked very old, and not taken care of

Dear Mario, I am so sorry to read about your less than satisfactory stay with us. The breakfast that we serve are standard to Holiday inn Express's globally. We also allow me to apologize for condition of the hotel, we are an older building, but, rest assure that we have our engineers working on all major repairs needed and are almost complete. Had a Good stay. There was no safe in room 702 despite reference to a safe in the room. Multiple followups did not yield an answer for when the safe would be provided. Overall very convenient location for most touristy spots to visit in Manhattan

Great breakfast for the area. Nice staff who are helpful. Definitely a good value and I’ll be back. Fitness area was hot and small.
