Unfortunately the check in process was somewhat slow. The line was not that long but somehow the length of time that it took to check the few people in felt like there was a super long line. I understand that some customers need more assistance than others but a concierge could have helped relieve some of that back up in the line. Otherwise so far so good. I rate it a 3/5 because of the inefficient check in process
