Property was fine— we were on the 21st floor. It was quiet and we didn’t hear other guests, however you could still hear street noise, not terrible though. The only oddity was a noise that occurred regularly in our room (every couple minutes). It reminded me of a cell phone notification on vibrate. My best guess was some kind of internal pump in the plumbing, but once you notice it, you cannot unnoticed the sound.
Otherwise the stay was fine; parking was conveniently located next door and all staff were nice and efficient.

Very friendly staff and clean hotel. Parking garage next door and a restaurant in the hotel was very convenient.

I stayed for 4 nights. Really enjoyed my stay, it’s very hard to find hotels that provide basic essentials in NYC, such as a microwave and coffee/tea maker. Walkable to many attractions and food options. Subways and buses close by. Overall, I would definitely stay again when I travel next time to NYC

So loud music all night in the restaurant all night.
Couldn’t sleep both nights.

excellent locaton , close to all amenities. The heating system in our room we stayed in needs maintenance, was loud. Overall a lovely stay and lovely staff.

I had a very inconvenient stay as the Wi-Fi, which was essential for me, wasn’t working.
I informed the staff, but they only suggested
I contact the Wi-Fi provider myself.
Additionally, the TV remote wasn’t working, and they didn’t offer any alternative or replacement. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of support in addressing these issues.
