Its what you'd expect a hotel in midtown Manhattan to be. Very convenient. The rooms are larger than expected.

Staff was great, Yacouba, George, Kim, all were customer oriented.

Staff are great, place is clean and location is very convenient for midtown activities and subway access for sightseeing.. This is a modest lodging place with a little wear and tear showing around the edges, so don't expect a luxury hotel experience. But folks were very helpful at the front desk, room and bed were comfortable, I'd rec'd this for a reasonably priced stay.

In a brilliant area , near penn station so easy trip in and out of jfk. Lots of walkable eating options too.

Perfect location! The metro is on the corner. It’s an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The hotel is on the same street as several floral shops and it smells heavenly when you walk out in the mornings.

Staff were very helpful, room was nice and larger than some other places in NY. The area is very noisy at night which was a downside. But it does have a lot of restaurants and things to do near by
