Staff are great, place is clean and location is very convenient for midtown activities and subway access for sightseeing.. This is a modest lodging place with a little wear and tear showing around the edges, so don't expect a luxury hotel experience. But folks were very helpful at the front desk, room and bed were comfortable, I'd rec'd this for a reasonably priced stay.

Perfect location! The metro is on the corner. It’s an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The hotel is on the same street as several floral shops and it smells heavenly when you walk out in the mornings.

The location was convenient for exploring the city. Easy to get to the subway. The room was dated. Blankets were worn and pillows are not fluffy but bed was comfortable. Curtains didn’t open and had to use a safety pin to hold it up. Because it’s so conveniently located, there’s plenty of noise up until 2am(even when we were on the 7th floor). Garbage truck, sirens, cars honking, etc, etc. Convenient place to stay but be prepared for the noise of the city.

Could barely find location due to construction in the front and no sign. Room bathroom filled with mold. Subpar cleanliness and was placed next to an HR office that was so loud and inconsiderate of guest. Every door sound like it was slamming, there felt like there was no privacy. One of the worst Hiltons I've ever stayed at. The only thing good about this location was the professional desk staff.

Our hotel room was very dirty. Stains on the wall right next to the bed. The toilet bowl was stained. The shower curtain was not clean. Carpet had weird old stains on it.
