The staff at the hotel are welcoming and understanding to the needs of their guests. They go an extra mile in assisting guests and making them comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to visitors in the area.

There was a smell in the room it is small no fridge however the beds were very comfortable. And we didn't spend much time there so it was ok.

The only positive rating I can give right now is that the location was in the middle of Flushing. Since staying at this hotel initially, I thought it would be fine to stay in for my second trip to Flushing. But alas, I believe that I have got bitten by bed bugs from this trip and have now began seeing the results of it. With a visit to urgent care now, I have no words. Please be careful about your visit to this hotel and please be sure to check all of your bedding. I thought I was being safe and checking everything but you need to do an extremely thorough check.

Great location but is very old. Walls are thin and the place is not as clean.
