The staff was friendly and helpful. Helped direct us to the bus we were looking for and gave recommendations of places to visit.

Awesome customer service, I left my AirPods in my room and called and they went and looked for them called me back to let me know and sent them my way.

On our arrival there was a very rude man on Reception. He obviously didn't enjoy working there, not even a smile or polite interaction with us! We were shocked, never encountered this on our whole vacation! He was even rude to our lovely Uber driver. Luckily he wasn't on duty the next day where the staff were fantastic! When we booked out, the hotel next door was able to store our luggage for us for the day as our flight from JFK wasn't until 9pm. We had to find this out for ourselves because upon checking in we were told there we no facilities for storing luggage - so we asked at the hotel next door who were very obliging. Hence, we left a generous tip because they weren't even going to charge us! The person on duty for the afternoon/evening of the 20th October needs some training in good manners!

During my three night stay, they did not clean my room at all!!! Even after a request, no service was provided.
