I would take out the Purfume smell in the lobby and in the rooms. Since so many people have allergies to fragrances. Also it would be nice if there was water bottles available as well.

Front desk excellent. Service staff didn’t seem to realize 2 of us were in the room, only 1 washcloth every service call for instance. Not that we’re there to watch TV, some am news, late evening relaxation, but dump DISH! Inconsistent and slow response time.
