Prepare to walk the stairs because you will be waiting for an elevator to take you to your floor.

Overall a good Hotel. The location is good, it’s in the financial district with many tourism sites within walking distance. Rooms are clean, would like more bathroom space for items but it’s not a huge deal. The major con is that the elevators are terrible. Sometimes you can wait 10 plus min. Overall it’s a 7/10.

The front desk, Samantha, was absolutely delightful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Fantastic restaurants within walking distance (and right downstairs on the ground level). Will be back, and recommend to everyone.

Rude staff and staff using elevators with cleaning supplies along with hotel guests. Elevators slow.
Dining was confusing staff could not explain where it was?
