It’s a nice hotel that is close to Broadway. It’s insanely overpriced and the gouging for the “resort fee” is a big money grab for nothing. If you can get it at a good price, it’s worth it.

The hot water for the shower did not work. There was blood stains on the floor. The room service button works and goes to an answering machine saying to call back they are busy with another customer but after calling guest assistance repeatedly they finally answered to tell me they do not have room service. There is also no shuttle to the airport but a very expensive car service they recommend.
