Best experience from the second we walked in the door. Amazing location — we were able to walk to: Central Park, Time Square, our show and Rockefeller Plaza! Staff even sang Happy Birthday to my daughter at breakfast ( which was amazing). Will definitely stay here again. We had a great experience. Loved the hot cider after coming back from Central Park.

The property is in a great location, easily accessible to restaurants and the theatre. The property was generally clean though there was some duct tape used on the carpet transition to the tile.

Most staff unfriendly. (Not all) One tiny bar of soap for 5 days. No lotion provided. Bedding skimpy.
