Spent a weekend in NYC. Very convenient to Times Square, Broadway, 5th Avenue.

We had a great stay. Frank was exceptional in his service and attitude. I don’t often travel to New York, but he made me feel welcome.

The location was great. Lots of food options nearby. Staff was helpful. No disturbances experienced during our stay

The staff was all very efficient and helpful but this property, like several other Marriotts I have visited recently, needs work. Marriott needs to spend more to upgrade its facilities.
