Staff were very cordial and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I felt safe and well attended to. The location is perfect for my dr. appointments. I would stay again

There's a hidden 'resort fee' when you check in.
Our room was leaking brown water from the ceiling of the bathroom.

We feel sorry that you had to experience the issue in your room, unfortunately the condensation from the A/C in the above room provoked the leak that we were abler to fix it.About the 'resort fee', as you had mentioned...it's not a hidden fee, when you ae booking reservation online and on your confirmation letter from Expedia/Hotels.com...it is informed that the Hotel will charge the 'destination fee' at the check in.Once again, we do apologize for the inconvenience.

Umph... Next Option, Please

Toilet flush really loud. You can also hear when other rooms flush. Pillows not comfortable. Front desk super nice and accommodating. Great location near tons of restaurants.

I really liked the hotel, it was all that I expected and needed in New York for a work trip. I highly recommend it.

I stayed in room 201, and HVAC was so laud that I barely could sleep. My coworkers stayed in different rooms and they don't have this problem.
Comfortable mattress, quite, smooth coffee, convenient location, friendly personal.

Petty much they are the same company, but some of them may operate a bit noisy and they cannot be lower down the sound. So sorry for that, when we are light sleepy it makes a huge difference.
