Great stay, all the way down to Derrick helping us with holding out bags and setting up car service to airport. Will definitely stay again

Gosh the room is tiny and bathroom door doesn’t even close. It’s those sliding door with no lock or sealing. There’s no privacy nor even a place to open your luggage. Most importantly, they threw some kinda party at the first floor starting like 7pm to midnight on Friday 11/15 and it was awful. Room doesn’t have a single sound proof so it was so loud I couldnt even sleep. Would never come back here. Staff were very friendly and nice tho.

Not that special and not that accommodating. I had to pay an additional USD100 for early check in despite the fact that that my room was already USD300 . There was no upgrade no VIP anything. I think the room is exceptiknalky small for the price and it’s clear they didn’t have a room set aside for me because he gave me options on the fly. Not impressed and zi feel like zi have been ripped off. I will ask for a late check out and see if they will accommodate me. Pity they don’t fit the Good Status hotel
