I had an excellent stay at Arlo NoMad in NYC! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, in the Korean town, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The property itself is immaculate, with spotless rooms and common areas. The modern design and attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable. I liked the welcoming smell in the lobby. The staff was the friendly, beautiful-looking and cheerful. From check-in to check-out, everyone was warm, professional. There’s also an incredible rooftop on the 31st floor with free access, offering stunning views of the city. The only small issue I encountered was that the AC in my room was way too loud, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I didnt like there was no room service....and the sky lounge was closed during my stay

We loved staying here! It was convenient to everywhere we needed to walk (ex. stores, subway, etc.) Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly

Great property in a great location, the rooms are small but are what you expect in highrise new york. Great views on the room of empire state building and very much walkable to abywhere up to central park and manhatten area.

The hotel combines modern design with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly makes you feel at home in the heart of New York City.
Friendly and Attentive Staff: The team at Arlo NoMad was fantastic—always available with friendly reminders and ready to assist with anything I needed. Authentic and friendly people making it feel like home. Home away from home!
I highly recommend Arlo NoMad for its blend of style, comfort, and outstanding service. I can’t wait to return!
