The Balmoral is a Treasure! Superb, helpful, friendly, professional staff. Great restaurants - Number 1 is one of the best restaurants we have eaten at in Europe!

The balmoral did not disappoint. Everything was top notch. If I had to make a complaint it would be that tea in the palm court missed an opportunity to educate guests on the many teas available and perhaps aid in the decision making. Also the little sandwiches at the tea were not to our taste, but everything else was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel as an expensive, but well worth it experience.

High quality hotel with generally excellent service. Only flaw was when I tried to get them to do some laundry. Despite multiple calls, they never showed up to collect it.
