Nice rooms, nice staff, towels where not available, very inconvenient.

Cleanliness of room could’ve been better. Remote didn’t work asked for new batteries it didn’t help.

I stayed here because the restaurant and bar Unfortunately the Service was very poor. Forgot to bring the dressing for the salad. Said it was going to get it. Waited for 10 minutes. Still didn't come forgot to take off from my husband's order on his sandwich two other occasions forgot itwm asked for brought out our appetizer in one minute later, our food didn't ask if we wanted to refill on our drinks until we were completely done eating. Then when we returned for drinks later that evening, both the same girls that were serving food or bartending and already been drinking talking about how drunk they were getting and you could tell it was very sloppy. there were no blinds to close on the windows so the sun was just shining in our face in the morning. No free breakfast which I knew of, but I thought I would give them a shot, but I could've stayed next-door and then just walked over to the restaurant and bar for the poor service we received upon checking in the person at the front desk just spoke to her coworker that was arriving late for opening. The restaurant did not inform us of where the restaurant was. What the hours were what time check out was or even point us in the right direction to where our room might be the next morning, I believe it was one of the guest that is staying there for a longer time due to the fact, he seemed very friendly with the receptionist was sitting outside talking about explicit things wanted to do to someone while drinking liquor @ 8:30am
