Parking is very limited, few sports to choose from. Hotel is dingy, looks dirty, probably the worst hotel I have stayed at. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here.

Property is nice. Pool is clean. Nightly buy one get one free drinks. Free breakfast was basic but nice. Rooms were very clean and nice. Construction was going on so there were a few mornings it woke us up. The free shuttle to and from Duval was amazing and saved a ton of money on Uber fees. Taco Bell and Sonic are right next door for quick snacks.

Our first room we found cockroaches. The second and third rooms the floors, showers, and cabinets were very dirty.
