This is a great place in Jiufen.
Nice view, next to a main street, so yes there are some stairs but considering the amount of stairs in Jiufen, this is a doable situation.
There is no breakfast, just a comfortable place to stay. Views and pictures are accurate.

No breakfast provided ! Very old style bed and not really comfortable to sleep. I booked for this room because of the title light dew bed and BREAKFAST. Very bad experience and won’t stay again !

I took my elderly mom with me on this trip, Jiufen is definitely not for old or unhealthy people...There was a small set of stairs to climb to get to my room no railing and uneven steps. Semi treacherous especially when its raining or late at night...a cat was on the stairs and scared me lol...mom did good and said it wasn't that bad... so no issues. I guess most of the Jiufen and B&B are like that tho since it's a hilly area and old.
Other than that it's great nice big room, clean, owner allowed me to check in early. B&B was steps from the bus stop, and about a 3 minute walk to the Jiufen old street, 711, Family Mart etc. If I stayed with my gf or something would be ideal

the view is good and there is a big balcony that you can sit outside.
