The condition of the room and hot spring facilities in the room were fine. The shower head didn't work though. At check in hotel staff had the wrong name on our reservation and it took longer to check in. Breakfast was a plus. A passable place for an overnight stay in Wulai.

Posted 30 Dec 2017 on OrbitzThe location itself was a bit inconvenient. We had to walk up the mountain, but once we get up it was easy to find. It takes about 20~30 minutes to walk up, but driving or taking the taxi up would only take a few minutes. The check-in staff allowed us to leave luggage at the front desk before our check-in time. And we had our choice of room types. The room itself was simple, clean, and most importanly, quite spacious. The hot spring tub in the bathroom was also pretty big. The free breakfast include rice porridge and some Taiwanese-style porridge side dishes. There were also toast, scrambled eggs, and ham for guests who prefer a more Western-style breakfast.
Overall, our stay was relaxing and satisfactory.

Enjoy Hot SPA, Movie, Breakfast
Posted 19 Dec 2016 on HotelsWe enjoy the hot SPA inside the room. The free movie channels provide many good movies. Opposite to IMARS is a large free parking lot. Easy jogging distance to Wulai water fall and Gondola. Excellent service and breakfast buffet.

Pros: mountains, nature around and spa in the room
This hotel was great! Room was large and quiet, employees were very friendly and ready to help for any question we had. Bathroom was clean and the big spa was a real gift. We really enjoyed our stay.

彈簧床已經有點失去原有彈性，整個床塌陷，已經可以觸摸到彈簧了!建議要更新囉!其餘感覺都不錯，泡湯池很大，水也夠燙，只是蓮蓬頭的水量不夠，應該是美中不足囉
