Extremely friendly service!
Posted 31 Jul 2021 on HotelsOur stay was pleasant. The hotspring area has a great view to the mountains! The room itself looks outdated and some parts of the room definitely need fixing and remodeling.
Their service is TOP-NOTCH! They picked us up at the bus station and when we checked out they also dropped us at Wulai Old street for us to sightsee, later ok they dropped our belongings free of charge!

Quiet hotel with a great view.
Posted 28 Sep 2018 on HotelsNice quaint hotel up the mountain in wulai. Great views from the balcony and hot tub. However, it is quite far away from the old street where the shops and food are located, which posed no problem for me. There is a family mart 500m away from the hotel. Great to be near nature but if you want convenience, better to have your transport.

Do not stay
Posted 12 Apr 2018I have done a lot of traveling and have never stepped into a more disgusting accomodation. I have stayed in packpackers to 5 star hotels in my time and I can tell you this is not worthy of a 31/2 star hotel as listed by Expedia.
The photos do not reflect the conditions of this accomodation. We are sure the photos are either so so old from when it was in better condition or they have been photo shopped. The place was absolutely filthy and could not stay.
It is impossible to contact Expedia by phone when there is an issue like this.
The hotel rating have to come from friends and family it is so bad

It’s nice to have a hot tub inside the room but rooms are old but still clean.
The meals are very basic.
