The wonderful staff took care of my concerns without hesitation and were deeply apologetic. Unfortunately, I am a germaphobe, and it was my careless mistake to book this location without reading prior customer feedback. The lobby had an unusual odor (that smelled like old urine from one of the plants), In my first room, I pulled back the sheets and noticed an old wet spot, so I removed the entire bed sheets and uncovered that the bed was full of urine and pubic hair. I should have left, but I had just paid in full for 2 nights and it was late. The second room (was cleaner) but not any better, with light remnants of urine stains, so I had Instacart deliver a king-size bed sheet and a queen-size fleece blanket, Frebreeze, and Clorox wipes. I did not sleep or eat for almost 3 days and killed a bug while in the room; A fat centipede.

The floor was dirty and sticky… no racks in the fridge to put food in. No door to the bathroom. It was an open wall as soon as you walked in the room. The room door lock was on the outside instead of being able to lock from the inside to of the bedroom.

The hotel was very convenient for our itinerary. Hotel was nothing fancy, it was clean but could use some updating. Fresh paint, new tub surrounds. Key pads to enter the hotel were a challenge.

Had a bad smell in room. You get what you pay for. Dirty towels had stains Outlets didn’t work by the bed

AS SOON AS YOU ENTER THE BUILDING THERE IS A OLD/MUSTY SMELL. GOT INTO OUR ROOM WHERE BEDDING AND TOWELS ALL HAD YELLOW STAINS(OR AT LEAST I HOPE THEY WERE STAINS AND NOT JUST DIRTY). WE REQUESTED EXTRA TOWELS AND RELUCTANTLY WERE GIVEN ONE, WE WERE TOLD THERE WERE ALREADY TWO IN THE ROOM! THE SHOWER CURTAIN LINER LOOKED LIKE A MURDER HAD TAKEN PLACE AND THEY JUST WIPED IT OFF. I AM HOPIING THE BLACK SPOTS AROUND THE TUB WERE FROM SEALING CAULK MISSING AND NOT MOLD. GOT ICE OUT OF THE ICE MACHINE AND HAD TO POUR OUT MY DRINK, PRETTY SURE IT HAS NEVER BEEN CLEANED. THAT OR THE OVERWHELMING MUSTY SMELL HAS PERMIATED EVERYTHING IN THE BUILDING. I DIDN'T EXPECT THE RITZ BUT SOMETHING CLEAN WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE. EVEN THE REMOTE CONTROL FOR THE TV WAS SO DIRTY WE HAD TO USE THE BAG FROM THE ICE BUCKET TO COVER IT SO WE COULD USE IT.

Too many bad bugs. Not Evan able to sleep one hour and my kid got bug bites every where
