Some of the furnishings are older but the rooms are always clean. My room was spacious, had a Keurig, a nice TV, and a new microwave and fridge. The property layout is convenient and the common areas and parking are well lit and on camera. There are vending machines and an ice machine convenient to the rooms. I plan to stay here whenever I’m in New Paltz.

It was ok. Could have been cleaner. Room smelled funny. Vending machine was pretty empty.

Bed was hard, rug was dirty, air conditioning emitted an offensive odor.

All the negative reviews.. idk why. I loved this place HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE . i can roll my wheelchair to my room and out the hotel. They were quick. Kind one guy asked me if i needa different room for my wheelchair. Honestly thats amazing he thought of that. It was really cold one night. And we called for a blanket. Boom they showed up super fast with a nice warm one. Less than 10min they wete there with it. Theres plenty of places to eat in the area so not having breakfast there is okay. The tvs currently have io digital cable. You can use an hdmi but you cannot cast from another device they said. Its okay we watched comedy central and were happy. Be kind to them and youll get it back. Love this place. Would totally stay again.
