On arrival. Valet staff very unfriendly. Acted like we are a bother to park our vehicle. No offer for bell services. Front seat was told about valet being rude an he acted like he could care less and ignored the subject completely

Didn’t like the area, everyday the police were across the street. It is walking distance to downtown. Beds were uncomfortable

Stayed in January 2025…excellent hotel…staff was very diligent and made us feel safe and comfortable. Location is excellent…everywhere was easy to walk to and a taxi right outside the entrance. Can’t wait to visit again.

It is very convenient, most of restaurants and attractions are walkable.

We stayed here years ago when it was the Holiday Inn. Gave it another chance. It was a good location but certainly is in need of renovation soon. Kinda like the Wyndham New Yorker in NYC.

I didn't like that there wasn't a microwave or mini refrigerator in the room. The bathtub was in need of repairs.
