The Property itself was great as far as upkeep and location Reserved a King Bed room Got one with 2 beds Let the front desk know 3 times Said only the Manager could do anything. Asked gain to Sunday for the manager, again they said she/he would call us. Nothing Paid to valet our car $45 per night Saturday our car sat on the street all night and into Sunday afternoon.

I found a baby roach in the bathroom on my last night. I noticed mole in the bathroom shower. I requested an upgrade for my room. I was unable to get an upgraded room. The hotel advertised a bar/restaurant in the hotel. The bar/restaurant was closed down. There are homeless people sleeping right outside the hotel.

Enjoyed having a full size fridge in the room. Kitchenette is a really nice plus, just didn't get to take advantage in my two day stay. Clean bathroom and bedding. Staff was very nice. Definitely would stay here again, especially with the convenient location!

The room type I reserved was not available at check-in and the room I received instead was sub-par. I wasted half a day the next day waiting for the room I reserved to be cleaned and available to me. DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked a room and on the day of were told it wasn’t available after being made to wait in the lobby for hours after check-in time. Our options were to find somewhere else to stay or take the alternative rooms provided for barely a discount which I’ve still not received. The hotel could use a serious clean.
