Checking inn was Easy, The room was clean the combinations that I had were wonderful. The stuff was great. It was a great experience. I recommended hoping to come back again.

Long wait to check in. Once we got settled in our room, we turned the tv on and it wouldn’t work. We tried to call down to the desk using the phone in the room but it doesn’t work. Keira, from the front desk, said that they’re working on the phone systems currently when I actually called her on my own cell phone. I explained that our TV was not working we couldn’t access the channels and she said she’d send the maintenance guy up. He arrived shortly afterwards and couldn’t seem to figure out what the problem was and said he would get back to us. He did mention that we may have to move to a new room. Half an hour later we still haven’t heard from him so again I called Keira at the front desk on my cell phone and she apologized and said yes we would have to move to another room. She personally brought the keys up to me to the new room. Both her and I went to the new room and tried the TVs there which worked and came back down looking for a luggage cart to move all of our stuff that we brought w us to our new room. We couldn’t find the luggage cart. So three trips later by both of us , my boyfriend and I, we got settled in our room. The lamp in the main bedroom / common area did not work. But at least the TV worked I guess I could say.

Ahsiyah Charles was absolutely fantastic! He saved my reservation and I really appreciate his help. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower. The water fell on the floor so easily and it was always cold because of the half-glass shower door.

This property did not honor my reservation, they canceled my reservation! Had me looking for another hotel @ 9 pm @ night which is not safe for me being a women!

Room was great. Very clean. It was my husbands birthday and they gave us two little cakes and a snack bag. Super nice.
